|METHOD||Handcrafted natural fine spirit which introduces the French Caribbean heritage of rum distillation back to the birthplace of sugarcane.
Made from 100% natural first press indigenous. single variety Thai sugarcane and distilled with an imported French copper still using traditional French distillation methods and direct fire. Following this, it is vapour infused with cinnamon for a unique hit of flavour.
|NOSE||Delicate sugarcane and floral aromas with hint of cinnamon.|
|PALATE||Lighter than traditional rhum agricoles or cachacas and more flavourful and fruity than molasses based white rums. Finish is smooth and long with the cinnamon infusion becoming apparent at end and lingers wonderfully thereafter.|
